  • 1 1/2 tablespoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 bottle 12-ounce dark beer
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Score both steaks with a knife criss cross on both sides.

Sprinkle steak on both sides with oregano, cumin, salt, and garlic powder.

Drizzle with oil and apply worcestershire sauce. Add beer in a dish and let steak marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Grill steaks on medium high heat for 5 minutes on each side.
