Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 lbs flank steak
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped green pepper
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 10 ounce can condensed beef broth
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp corn starch

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degree F. Rub salt and pepper on one side of the steak.

Melt butter in a saucepan and saute onion and green pepper.

Stir in 1 tbsp tomato paste, horseradish, salt, sugar, water and stuffing.

Place mixture on the center of the steak.

Place in a baking pan and roast for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and continue baking for 45 minutes.

Combine beef broth, tomato paste and corn starch in a saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring and boil 1 minute until shiny.

Serve it with the steak.
